Actually, because we use a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system in all of our Passivhaus\u2019 they are always fresh and airy. The air in the house is being constantly changed, with almost no heat loss.<\/p>

If the weather is warm you can open as many windows as you like, it won\u2019t affect how the house functions and you can have a truly inside-outside living environment.<\/p>

On a wild and wet autumn or winter day, you simply close the windows, and the ventilation system will keep the air inside fresh. You will be amazed at how quiet it will be inside your Passivhaus.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We provide a fixed cost for projects, however with the caveat that if there is an unforeseen significant uplift in the cost of a material or supply we reserve to bring this up with our client. At this point we will give the client the choice to keep to the original cost\/budget and change the scope of work or to keep the scope of work as specified and accept an uplift in the cost.
