Mirador, South Devon<\/a><\/h4>

Designed by architects Andrew Lethbridge and Associates, this is a high specification new build on a very challenging steep site. Built using Passivhaus methods it is highly efficient with breathtaking views across the sea in Devon.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Seadrift, South Devon<\/a><\/h4>

This is a 1920\u2019s chalet bungalow which had been modified over the years. We are now completely renovating and modernising the property but retaining the original character and style. It will be a highly efficient and characterful home. Designed by architects Andrew Lethbridge and Associates.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Birdsong, South Devon<\/a><\/h4>

Designed by Peter Senior, this certified Passivhaus was completed in 2019 and was the starting point for our passion for low energy, efficient homes where the focus is on getting the building fabric correct so that the heating requirement of the completed house are incredibly low.

This apartment is part of an iconic building on the Pentire Peninsular, it is of stone construction and was intrinsically damp. In stormy weather the sea spray actually hits the building! It has been completely remodelled and renovated, fully tanked and become a beautiful dry and warm holiday home.
