Aaron Beecher <\/b>\u2013 Director
<\/em>Aaron is a director at Avocado and graduated from Manchester University with a master\u2019s degree in civil engineering.\u00a0<\/span>He then spent the next 20 years working in Mozambique where he set up a vocational training centre for young adults to gain life skills, he also undertook consultancy work for construction projects.\u00a0<\/span>Since 2018 he has been working in construction in the UK together with Terry and in 2019 Avocado Construction was formed.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
