Aaron Beecher – Director
Aaron is a director at Avocado and graduated from Manchester University with a master’s degree in civil engineering. He then spent the next 20 years working in Mozambique where he set up a vocational training centre for young adults to gain life skills, he also undertook consultancy work for construction projects. Since 2018 he has been working in construction in the UK together with Terry and in 2019 Avocado Construction was formed.

Terry Williams – Director
Terry is a director at Avocado and is a land and building surveyor, spending his early career working in Qatar and later he worked on some of the larger civic projects in Plymouth. He has been working in construction in South Devon since the 1990’s mostly in the residential sector.
